First, I want to add that your house is fantastic! I am only saying that, however, because I took the time to look at your listing with a very discerning eye. If I were a renter who was perusing the Truro rental listings, I would skip your house and continue to look elsewhere for two reasons: First, as many others have already mentioned, is your reference to "full size beds" in the text. My husband and I won't sleep together in a full-size bed, only a queen or king. I would skip your house and move on after reading just that sentence.
The second reason is your photos. I disagree with crescentbeach4u that you can't improve on your photos. I don't think that most of your photos are showing the property in a favorable light (both literally and figuratively). Many of the photos were taken at night so that the windows and french doors are "black rectangles." This gives the rooms a cold and uninviting look. Further, many more of the photos were taken without enough interior lighting. You should take the photos during the daytime. Even in the daytime, you should turn on all of the lights to have the rooms appear brighter in the photos. As susaninrehoboth suggested, I would also change the photo of the master bedroom. It makes the room appear small and you cannot see the headboard. Also, I would change the photo that is captioned "view from master bath." It really is not a view from the master bath. It is a photo of the closed french doors taken at night. You cannot see any view in the photo.
Your text mentions ocean views from the balcony off the upstairs loft, as well as a beautiful deck, outdoor shower, and a large yard with mature flowering plants and trees. You should take photos of all of these things on a clear sunny day. The old adage is true, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Stand on the balcony and take a picture of the view. Do the same thing with the view from the master bath. Finally, you do not have a photo of the third bedroom. You should include that as well.
Good luck!
