This is a minor thing but the first line of your listing says "2 bedrooms with full size beds" but then you list queen beds in the description below of the individual rooms.
If you actually have queens I would make sure to change the initial description as I think many renters (including myself!) would see that the largest beds you have are full and go right back to looking at other listings without even looking at your photos or the rest of your listing.
I'm not familiar with your area enough to know if your prices are right on but the house looks lovely. Also, keep in mind once you get a first review you will undoubtedly get more bookings as homes with no reviews make a lot of renters nervous, that will just take a bit of time.
