Using your header for more info was what we thought also. As ttaylor0 says, name the beach. And use your allowed characters to say something else. For summer you might note you have A/C or something else that makes your house stand out from the rest (read their listings and make yours unique).
If that's really what you have, we agree that full size beds may be a detriment in this day of king and queen size but maybe you don't have room and the expense of buying new beds and linens may not be in your budget. If you do have queens then immediately change that as greenleaf said, for certainly some people would read "full" and just skip to the next house.
